Neumann KM84

The KM84 is a small diaphragm condenser microphone that was manufactured from 1966 until 1992.
Because of its linear frequency response and an absence of any sort of hi end boost which results in a faithful, natural
reproduction, it is often prefered by many engineers to its successor the Km184 and mics by other manufacturers.
It is very well suited for snare drum and overheads, acoustic guitar and anything with strings and is also quite often used for orchestral recording.
